Reporting to the Operations Manager - Younger, this position is responsible for maintaining the proficient and seamless operation of the Younger office. The incumbent will be charged with the accurate coding, detail confirmation and timely processing of Accounts Payable invoicing for both external vendor and internal Customer Service.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Accounts Payable processing – PO through completion
  • Microsoft Office expertise and assistance
  • Cross-training for Production Accountant position
  • Cross-training for payroll and benefit processing/tracking
  • Employee coordination and communication
  • P-Card processing and confirmation
  • Customer assistance – internal and external

Qualifications:

  • Minimum grade 12 education; some post-secondary training considered an asset
  • Microsoft Office program training
  • Office Administration experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
