Reporting to the Director of Procurement, this position is responsible for the development and execution of major service agreements, including EPCM and construction agreements. This role is critical to the organization to ensure that the right procurement strategies are developed and executed. The successful candidate is expected to have a significant level of experience in contract development, including the various contract types and a high degree of understanding relative to risk assessment and mitigation. The successful candidate is an experienced negotiator and is able to demonstrate cost savings. In addition, the successful candidate will be a mentor to the Procurement Team, willing to share past experience and best practices.
