AltaGas is developing REEF, which is a large-scale LPG and bulk liquids export terminal with supporting marine infrastructure that is being constructed on Ridley Island in Northern B.C., adjacent to the current RIPET terminal. The project is being developed by AltaGas and Vopak and is proposed to have the capability to export propane and butane in the first phase of development, with bulk liquids, ethane and other products as potential next phases of development.
