Since April 1, 2017, there have been a total of 1,068 wildfires in British Columbia that have burned approximately 1,021,982 hectares.

The Red Cross has been working diligently to raise funds to help families displaced by these fires and those who have already lost everything. To help support these efforts, AltaGas and PNG provided a combined donation of $7,500 to the Red Cross to support individuals and their families.
